We were tasked with the project to extend and modernise the dated interior and exterior of the art deco property. While at the same time providing a large open plan kitchen/living area that overlooked and opened onto the garden via a large bi fold door. Additionally, a contemporary vestibule and garage were added to contrast the existing property.

The entire house was renovated, with replacement windows and roof tiles throughout. External facades were painted and the garden space was enhanced with a complete landscaping overhaul. In addition to the renovation of the entire property, the existing first floor master bedroom was enlarged to incorporate an en-suite and provide views over the extensive garden grounds.
