We were asked by our clients to rationalise the interior layout and create a connection to the garden of their traditional villa. The existing layout was a collection of rooms left over from when the house had been used as a doctor’s surgery. There were no views of the immaculately kept garden from the kitchen dining space. We proposed a glazed extension leading to an open plan kitchen dining space. The utility room was relocated and a new shower room added. The existing interior has been refurbished with a new kitchen and utility, the whole space is now bright and airy with views through to the outside.
