Conversion of the former Seamen’s Chapel, Category B Listed, into 2 high-end residential apartments. The developer’s intention at the outset was to retain as much of the existing fabric of the building which had become dilapidated over time and in turn required careful restoration of architectural elements to preserve its historical significance.
