Our client came to us looking for a creative solution to a common problem. They wanted to create a modern living space within their historic home, without impacting the overall character of the property.

To achieve this, we converted storage space and a toilet at the rear of the property into a light dining space. Natural light fills the space thanks to the floor to ceiling glass panels that give the exterior of the building the look of a modern conservatory. Critically though, from inside, the space simply feels like an integrated part of a modern open plan kitchen and dining area. This was a challenging project that shows just what can be achieved within a limited space.
