One of our existing clients had been looking for a self-build development opportunity for a number of years. When they identified a greenfield site within the grounds of a listed building, they approached us to work on this project. The property consists of three blocks that are staggered on an east/west axes, linked together by entrance and circulations spaces.

As you approach the property it has a vernacular appearance, which was achieved through the extensive use of natural stone. High quality cement render, along with cedar cladding provides a strong contrast to the stone. This results in a property that blends traditional and contemporary design styles.
