The practice was commissioned by a local property developer to refurbish a bungalow and build two new properties within the same grounds. The client wanted a modern, clean look, with a simple design that united the three individual properties.

The existing property featured a new bathroom, kitchen and living area, while a redesign of the interior created a bright, fresh and modern home. Although simply designed, the two four-bedroom homes were finished to a very high standard to allow the developer to achieve a premium valuation and eventual sale price.
