This was the last of the NHS buildings within West Green Park to be developed. It was the former office building for the estate and as such, comprised of small cellular rooms, with a number of larger rooms with vast ceiling heights. We rationalised the existing circulation within the building by installing a central stair core, from which, 6 of the 8 apartments could be accessed. The development comprises 6 flats and 2 townhouses. The aim was to provide large open plan, kitchen/living areas which made use of the large windows by flooding light into the rooms.
