Jon Frullani Office

Jon Frullani Architect have been converting the category B listed building, originally a church manse, on  Perth Road in Dundee since 2019 and completed earlier this year. The building had many uses in the past, including the labs for the Dundee City Public Analyst in the 1970’s, subsequently an interior design showroom and most recently a restaurant.  The property has now been fully renovated to accommodate our architecture practice.

As it is a listed building we wanted to keep as much of the original features of the building as possible, the new timber windows have all been bespoke made by a local window manufacturer to suit the requirements of Historic & Environment Scotland. The balustrade of the main stair was in a state of disrepair and has been skilfully re-made to it’s original condition to suit the current building standards.
